By accessing or using ISAR Digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our products.
1. Introduction
Welcome to ISAR Digital ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at isardigital.net, our software applications, APIs, and all related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Services
ISAR Digital provides digital products, integrations, and SaaS tools that enhance popular productivity platforms. Сurrently focused on Trello-related tools, additional platforms may be added over time.

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

- Maintain and promptly update your account information

- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans for our Services. The specific features, limitations, and pricing for each plan are described on our Pricing page.
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited), our authorized payment processor. By subscribing to our Services, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.
4.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose)
- Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
- All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy
- Prices may be updated with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
4.4 Taxes
All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes, including sales tax, VAT, GST, and other similar taxes applicable in your jurisdiction. Paddle handles tax calculation and remittance where applicable.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Use
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where our servers are located
- Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
- Use the Services to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
- Use automated systems to access the Services without permission
- Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
- Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, text, displays, images, video, audio, design, selection, and arrangement) are owned by ISAR Digital or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
6.2 License Grant
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.
6.3 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ISAR DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ISAR Digital and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
12. Termination
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time through your account dashboard, the Paddle subscription management portal, or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon termination:
- Your active subscription will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- After the billing period ends, your access to premium features will cease
12.2 Termination or Suspension by Us
We may suspend or restrict your access to the Services only for the following reasons:
- Material breach of these Terms (including the Acceptable Use rules in Section 5)
- Non-payment of applicable fees after reasonable attempts to collect
- Activity that poses a security risk to the Services or other users
- Activity that may expose ISAR Digital to legal liability
- As required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
Notice: Except in cases requiring immediate action (security threats, legal requirements, or ongoing abuse), we will provide you with at least 30 days' written notice via email before terminating your account, along with the specific reason for termination.
Right to Cure: Where the breach is curable (e.g. non-payment, unintentional policy violation), you will have 14 days from our notice to remedy the issue before termination takes effect.
Appeal: If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may contact us at [email protected] to request a review. We will respond within 10 business days.
12.3 Immediate Suspension
We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access without prior notice only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Your account is being used in a way that threatens the security or integrity of the Services
- Required by law enforcement or a court order
- Activity that constitutes fraud or criminal conduct
In such cases, we will notify you of the suspension and the reason as soon as reasonably practicable, and restore access promptly once the issue is resolved.
12.4 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- All licenses granted to you will terminate at the end of the notice/billing period
- You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting [email protected]
- After 30 days, we will delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 14) will survive
12.5 Refunds on Termination
If we terminate your account without cause (e.g. discontinuation of the Service), you will receive a pro-rata refund for any unused portion of your prepaid subscription. If termination is due to your material breach, no refund will be issued. See our Refund Policy for details.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ISAR Digital is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
For EU/EEA consumers: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. You may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal claim, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected]. We will try to resolve the dispute informally within 30 days.
15. General Provisions
15.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ISAR Digital regarding the Services.
15.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
15.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, provided the assignee agrees to be bound by these Terms. We will notify you of any such assignment.
